CityJet recently established a new base in Helsinki, Finland. This required a new crew pay contract for crewmembers operating out of Helsinki. CityJet asked Rainmaker to implement the new crew pay rule set in time for payment of the first full month of flight operations.
The analysis of the pay rules began in February 2016. Implementation and testing was carried out over an 8 week period. The new rule set went live at the beginning of May 2016, ready for the first payroll run for Helsinki crew.
